We're currently working with a dynamic creative company looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to 2 C-Suite executives. This is a varied role within a small, close-knit team and a rare and exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a company creating some of the most successful IP in TV and film.

About the Role
You'll be at the heart of the business, keeping the 2 C-Suite executives organised, anticipating their needs, and helping them focus on driving the company forward. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who thrives on organisation, is forward-thinking, and can act with discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements whilst proactively handling changes and conflicts.

  • Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including key talent and business partners.

  • Greet visitors and ensure relevant team members are aware of arrivals.

  • Occasionally cover the company switchboard and manage general enquiries.

  • Prepare expense claims and handle credit card expenses for the 2 executives.

  • Arrange taxis and courier bookings, both in the UK and internationally.

  • Support projects, events, research documents, and briefing papers.

  • Assist the wider management team as needed with travel, diary, and production requests.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous EA or PA experience in TV or film is essential.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop) is desirable.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work efficiently with great attention to detail.

  • Trusted professional with experience handling confidential information.

  • Forward-thinking, collaborative, and approachable, with a human touch in all interactions.
