Executive Assistant - TV and Film

We're currently working with a dynamic creative company looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to 2 C-Suite executives. This is a varied role within a small, close-knit team and a rare and exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a company creating some of the most successful IP in TV and film.
About the Role
You'll be at the heart of the business, keeping the 2 C-Suite executives organised, anticipating their needs, and helping them focus on driving the company forward. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who thrives on organisation, is forward-thinking, and can act with discretion at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements whilst proactively handling changes and conflicts.
Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including key talent and business partners.
Greet visitors and ensure relevant team members are aware of arrivals.
Occasionally cover the company switchboard and manage general enquiries.
Prepare expense claims and handle credit card expenses for the 2 executives.
Arrange taxis and courier bookings, both in the UK and internationally.
Support projects, events, research documents, and briefing papers.
Assist the wider management team as needed with travel, diary, and production requests.
What We're Looking For
Previous EA or PA experience in TV or film is essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop) is desirable.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work efficiently with great attention to detail.
Trusted professional with experience handling confidential information.
Forward-thinking, collaborative, and approachable, with a human touch in all interactions.
