Handle Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a leading global makeup and skincare brand to find an experienced Product Manager to join their Marketing team. In this role, you'll drive innovation across the make-up and men's ranges, leading exciting product launches and campaigns that truly connect with customers.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring launches to life, creating products and campaigns that inspire and engage.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage National Activity Plans, including launches from global and UK initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, PR, Sales, Supply Chain) to create seamless customer journeys for each launch and activity.
Plan and execute innovative campaigns with internal teams and external agencies, including creative asset production.
Tailor global marketing communications for the UK market, ensuring all claims are accurate and ASA-compliant.
Oversee POS material design, print buying, and production for retail support.
Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing actionable insights to guide strategy.
Track and analyse launch performance, completing feedback and performance reports for the global team.
Forecast and manage product and sales support material requirements with Supply Chain.
Monitor budgets for sales support materials, testers, samples, and dummies.
Support retailer presentations and strategy meetings, providing high-quality sales collateral.
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring deadlines are met and launches run smoothly.
Mentor and inspire the Assistant Product Manager, fostering creativity, collaboration, and growth.
Stay ahead of emerging beauty trends to identify opportunities for innovation and category growth.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize impact and results.
The Ideal Person Will Have:
5-6 years' experience in brand marketing, ideally in UK beauty, FMCG, or retail.
A creative yet commercially focused mindset with experience in design, copywriting, and visual merchandising.
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities.
Passion for beauty, innovation, and responsible business practices.
