Our client is a leading global cycling and lifestyle brand, built on a deep passion for the sport and its power to inspire.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO at the heart of the business. You'll provide seamless executive support, manage key communications and priorities, and help ensure the leadership team operates efficiently and strategically.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diary, travel, and inbox management for the CEO, including detailed itineraries and expense coordination.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, off-sites, board sessions, and key brand events.
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Act as the main liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and wider business to ensure smooth communication.
- Support with strategic planning cycles, board materials, leadership away days, and company presentations.
- Track key projects, reports, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the executive office.
- Assist with company-wide events, product launches, and internal communications.
- Provide occasional personal support to the CEO as required.
About You
- 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders or founders.
- Experience within a fast-paced, creative, or consumer brand environment (fashion, sport, or lifestyle sectors a plus).
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana) advantageous.
- Confident working independently, prioritising competing demands, and maintaining absolute confidentiality.
- Personable, proactive, and highly professional
- A passion for cycling, sport, or outdoor culture is highly desirable.
