Fab new temporary opportunity for an immediately available experienced EA to CEO to join lovely Tech company on a hybrid schedule based in their fabulous Central London office. This person will be a solution oriented, pro-active individual with a track record reflecting experience in effectively engaging with Board members and C-level executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully oversee the CEO's schedule, ensuring comprehensive awareness of upcoming commitments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, efficiently managing inquiries.
  • Be the go-to person for investors, proficiently addressing inquiries and organizing investor meetings.
  • Manage administrative tasks, from crafting and refining presentations to managing documents, schedules, and communications.
  • Oversee and track the CEO's expenses and reimbursement requests. Attend meetings, diligently capture key points in minutes, and ensure the timely completion of action items.

Requirement:

  • Several years' experience as an Executive Assistant. Ideally reporting directly to C-level, preferably CEO.
  • Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and familiarity with productivity and scheduling software.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and emails on behalf of the CEO.
