Entry Level Accounts Assistant - Entertainment - London

I am looking for an enthusiastic, driven candidate with experience working within an office environment. A client within the Music industry are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to come on board on a permanent basis. This Accounts Administrator will be responsible for day to day finance administration, invoice processing, payments and some credit control.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, has the ability to work in a fast paced environment and is looking for a role where they can continue to pick up new skills within a professional setting.

We are open to candidates looking for their first role with no prior experience as well as candidates with up to 1 years experience looking for a new challenge and change of pace.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile client travel accounts
  • Raise client and promoter invoices
  • Chase overdue invoices by email and telephone
  • Download and reconcile company credit card
  • Facilitate enquiries from clients
  • Assist production team with budgets and expenses
  • Perform other admin duties as may be assigned from time to time

Key skills:

  • Prior experience working in Finance or similar admin related position would be highly desirable
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Team player
