The role

To provide full research and administrative support to consultants, in particular regarding candidate generation, identifying and engaging high calibre qualified candidates and managing candidate processes throughout the recruitment life cycle. You'll help to build talent pools and pipelines through talent mapping (passive) candidates in core specialisms. Identifying these candidates through effective research via LinkedIn and traditional techniques - referrals, headhunting, etc.
