Handle Recruitment is working with a hugely successful global media company to find a Temporary Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in a collaborative, friendly, and dynamic team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an EA who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation, and brings a calm, proactive energy to everything they do.
Responsibilities:
Managing complex diaries across time zones and travel arrangements
Providing gate keeping support for executives
Coordinating team meetings, agendas and weekly department updates
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and internal documents
Processing expenses through Concur
Acting as the key point of contact for internal teams and visitors
Processing expenses and managing invoicing
Offering ad hoc support to the EA team
Providing wider administrative support across the finance team
Experience and Skills required:
Previous experience in media/creative environments is a big plus
An established EA/PA with solid experience supporting senior leadersProactive, highly organised and able to multitask with ease
Skilled at working independently while managing ever-changing priorities
Discreet, professional and confident handling confidential information
Tech savvy with strong experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Friendly, team-oriented and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
Start date: Immediate
Contract: Temp (ongoing cover)
Hybrid working: 3-4 days on-site in London, 1-2 days WFH
