The responsibilities
- Clearing down historical balances on balance sheet
- Updating weekly debtor report
- flagging unallocated payments
- Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Raising recharge invoices
- Processing and ensuring invoices are accurately input into the system and authorised
- Clearing down the purchase ledger on a monthly basis
- Inputting sales receipts
- Reconciling petty cash
- Providing analysis of costs for budgeting
The candidate
- Graduated to degree level or equivalent
- Studying or plans to study for a professional accounting qualification
- 1 years experience in a similar role
- Strong excel skills
- An interest in working for creative industries
