Operating across touring, retail, licensing, e-commerce and custom supply throughout the UK and Europe, this fast-paced and growing business is looking for a proactive finance professional to support the Finance Manager in the day-to-day running of the finance function.

The Role
The Accounts Assistant will support across a broad range of finance duties, including but not limited to:
Matching invoices to purchase orders and ensuring accurate coding
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Reconciling purchase ledger entries to supplier statements
Chasing overdue debtors
Setting monthly exchange rates
Matching EU import documentation to invoicing
Posting journals
Processing staff expenses
Assisting with year-end preparation
Supporting with ad-hoc financial tasks as required
About You
We're looking for someone organised, detail-oriented and eager to grow within a supportive finance team.
You will have:
Intermediate Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
QuickBooks knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
Multi-currency experience
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
A positive, proactive attitude
A genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills
