Responsibilities:
Preparation of management accounts for group companies
Calculating revenue and VAT charges
Conducting monthly reconciliations and journal postings
Preparing monthly revenue analysis, including sales invoices and revenue collected
Submitting quarterly VAT returns through Sage/Xero, reviewing VAT reports before submission
Supervising the Accounts Assistant (payroll, sales invoices, purchase ledger, reconciliations)
Estimating costs of sales from revenue sheets
Managing ticket revenue posting
Requirements:
AAT, QBE or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
Relevant industry experience (arts, events & theatre preferred)
Xero / Quickbooks experience is essential
Advanced Excel skills
3-5 years experience with Accounts Payable / Management Accounts
