Join my clients dynamic finance team and be a crucial part of their growth journey. As they continue to expand through acquisitions, they are seeking a talented Finance Manager to assist in the accounting process, ensuring seamless financial operations across their UK companies. Please note that this position offers a 12-month contract.

What You'll Be Doing.

Financial Reporting, Control & Compliance

  • Work on all parts of the accounting process as necessary

  • Reconcile client balances, creating new accounts where necessary.

  • Ensure statutory balance sheets are reconciled and consistent across all companies.

  • Partner with the treasury and royalties teams to ensure transactions flows correctly, maximising income recognition.

  • Manual accounting for monthly inventory

  • Work with Group teams to ensure a seamless transition and reporting process.

  • Forge strong liaisons with all departments including finance, royalties and supply chain teams, overseeing the accurate transfer of processes, complete with an audit trail to ensure business continuity.

  • Support booking instructions for operational finance teams to facilitate the month-end close process.

  • Ensure that all accounting processes adhere to IFRS standards.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external auditors, providing them with necessary information to ensure spotless audit reports.

  • Support the statutory accounts preparation process

  • Exceptional time-management and organisational skills, with a knack for meeting strict deadlines and taking ownership of your workload.

  • A keen problem solver, always ready to tackle challenges head-on.

  • Diligent, conscientious, proactive, and adaptable in your approach.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA, with a track record of excellence in your field.
