We have a fantastic opportunity with a highly established global retail brand within their FP&A department mostly based within the Essex offices.
Here you will be responsible for business partnering within the business. This involves the preparation and review of the monthly management accounts, re-estimates and ad-hoc cost analysis. A successful candidate should show the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted adviser along with delivering insight linking financial reports to business strategies.
An ideal candidate should show a strong background within a business partnering function, along with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently communicate with other senior Heads of Departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare periodic budgets, forecasts and 3 and 5-year business plans.
Prepare and distribute with commentary monthly management accounts.
Model new initiatives and deliver business cases (Suitability, Feasibility, Acceptability analysis, ROI, IRR and Payback calculation).
Provide insight to support the company's senior management in their decisions.
Prepare any other ad hoc reporting.
SKILLS:
Essential - CIMA, ACA, ACCA qualified.
2-3 years experience in similar role
Excellent Advanced Excel user.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
