An exciting and growing central London Agency are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the financial operations of their group and help evolve their Finance Team.
Reporting to the CFO, you'll own reporting, forecasting, cashflow, compliance, and controls, while developing a small Finance Team and driving smarter, more automated ways of working.
What you'll be doing
- Own monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting
- Lead revenue recognition, balance sheet reconciliations, and profitability analysis
- Oversee cashflow, working capital, and multi-currency reporting
- Ensure compliance, lead the annual audit, and strengthen internal controls
- Support Board reporting across the group
- Lead and develop a small Finance Team, driving automation and smarter use of technology
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant
