Joining this brand at an interesting point of its business maturity, the Global Head of L&D will play a pivotal role in shaping their learning strategy and driving the development of their highly talented workforce.
Reporting tho the Global CPO, you will play a key part of the wider People and Talent function, with full ownership of the L&D function - the primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with business objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners to design and deliver innovative learning programs and initiatives.
Ideal experince you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role, in a global creatively driven organisation.
- Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering innovative learning solutions to a diverse audience.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing L&D teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced ever changing environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels on a global levels.
- Strong experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems and digital learning technologies.
- A creative and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and inspire change
- A clear passion for learning, professional development, and staying ahead of industry trends
