We are working with a leading global entertainment company to find a highly organised and experienced Travel Manager to join their busy Global Travel Services team. This role will focus on delivering cost-effective, user-centric, safety-focused, and regulatory-compliant travel solutions to the global team.

Ideally candidates will have a solid background in managing travel on a multinational scale with strong knowledge of TMC/GDS/OBT and a GBTA/CIPS qualification. Candidates will also ideally have worked in a creative / entertainment environment

String communication skills are essential as this role will involve working closely with Senior stakeholders, presenting reports and being involved in meetings, events and conferences.

Duties will include:

  • Travel Program Management Streamline global travel services for employees, balancing regional needs with continuous improvement.

  • Operational Oversight Administer travel policies, systems, and processes with key stakeholders to ensure efficiency.

  • Cost Efficiency Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation and performance review, while driving cost-saving strategies

  • Employee Experience Standardise policies and processes to provide equitable travel experiences across all locations.

  • Duty of Care Strengthen safety, tracking, communication, and risk management to uphold employee well-being.

  • Compliance Ensure adherence to travel regulations, including GDPR, immigration, and post-Brexit requirements.

  • Collaboration Support cross-departmental initiatives with teams such as FinSys, DEI, Accounting, and Business Continuity.

This role will be office based 2- 3 days a week and wfh 1-2 days a week.
