Head of Performance Marketing - Publishing & Media

Handle are delighted to be working with a media and publishing agency on a brand new role within a really exciting company. This role will be responsible for championing the performance marketing across the business, working with the senior leadership and sales teams to identify new opportunities.

You will be responsible for managing 3 talented individual, overseeing client campaigns and ensuring continued growth for the area of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an area of the business with continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a core team of 3, ensuring that they are all developing and enjoying their roles
  • Assist with launching the business to external clients and continually developing the business
  • Oversee all performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including but not limited to PPC, paid social and maximising the ROI
  • Ensure successful campaign execution and optimisation
  • Discover, research and test new and emerging digital channels

You Will Have:

  • Experience in managing sophisticated marketing campaigns and teams
  • Thorough understanding of paid media channels management and strategy, paid social and PPC
  • Great working knowledge of how to identify and act on data trends
  • A proactive approach and the motivation to push and exceed boundaries
  • Understanding of the paid media ecosystem
