Handle are proud to be working with a scaling retail business who are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team based in their offices near High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion to start and develop their career within HR.
In this role you will be responsible for the end to end management of the employee lifecycle from supporting with recruitment to managing the exit interview process and everything in-between. This opportunity will give you a broad scope of exposure to all areas of HR including but not limited to ER, employee engagement and learning & Development.
The ideal candidate will be keen to start their career in HR or have 6 months+ experience within a HR role and be keen to continue their career in HR. You will be an enthusiastic team player who is seeking a long-term position, have excellent administration and communication skills and be able to manage your time and workload effectively.
