The business operates across a studio and office and the successful candidate will be expected to attend both for two days of the week, with hybrid working for the rest of the week. This role offers the opportunity to work with all employees across both offices (approx 95).
You will oversee an HR Assistant and be responsible for the HR function - looking after the full employee life-cycle alongside projects. The role spans HR best practice, supporting managers, overseeing systems and maintaining knowledge of HR and employment legislation. This is a maternity contract for a 16 month period, at which point you will receive a completion bonus.
