Are you a proactive HR Systems Coordinator who is experienced in specialist systems?
Handle are working with a leading interactive entertainment company who are looking for a HR Systems Coordinator to support on a 12 month maternity cover.
This role is focussed on three key areas including specialist systems, commercial insights and compensation/reward. Playing a collaborative role you will work with the VP, HR, Central HR team and Pillars to understand the business, identify gaps/opportunities and deliver technical software solutions. In addition to this, you will coordinate the maintenance and optimisation of their current systems, producing tailored commercial insights. You will also support with their rewards processes.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrable experience, professionally or academically, working with data, reports and analytics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- A desire to pursue a long-term career in HR project management or systems.
- The client is also open to looking at someone from either a systems background or someone from a compensation planning and reward background.
