Interim Finance Director needed for a hugely popular media brand! The role oversees the EMEA team who are responsible for budgeting/forecasting, strategic planning and all close activities for the group.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial FD, to work for such an attractive brand!
Key representations include -
- Business partnering with various senior stakeholders in the sales and operations divisions to provide business focused advice and guidance
- Business partner with the Marketing Finance Director to ensure efficiency and accuracy of overall P&L management
- Create and present financial findings to the leadership team, whilst identifying business implications recommending future direction
- Lead and manage the busy finance team and ensure they all receive the support necessary to enable them to perform in their roles
- Lead a Finance function to ensure long-term financial planning and effective financial management
Candidate requirements -
- ACA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent qualification with at least 10 years' experience in financial planning and analysis
- Substantial proven experience operating at a senior finance level
- Experience of working and interacting with senior executives in Europe and the US
- Previous media/TV experience is highly advantageous
- Substantial experience of managing multiple, varied and conflicting stakeholders, working effectively in a highly matrixed environment and working with different country markets
