Internal Communications Manager - Fashion Retail

The Marketing and Communications team at Handle are delighted to be partnering exclusively with one of the largest eCommerce based fashion retailers in the world.
This is a great opportunity to join a company who work with fantastic global brands and house amazing career opportunities. In this role you will be in the Internal Communications team and you will be providing strategic support to business leaders and departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic Internal communications support to business leaders and departments
- Work closely with Senior Internal Communications Managers and teams to oversee the IC calendar across all functions
- Create engaging multi- channel campaigns tied to functional and business objectives
- Support on the executive communications
- Lead on design and delivery across campaigns
- Help manage with the communications for the business and behavioral changes
- Support the external communications
- Write, curate and publish content for aforementioned channels
- Lead on content creation
You will have
- Previous experience in internal communications and an understanding of modern business
- Passion or knowledge of fashion, tech, and online retail
- Fantastic interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Experience of managing all-staff comms
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Stakeholder management skills
- A creative eye for projects
- Good written skills and understanding about tone of voice for the company
- Knowledge of Facebook in a work environment as well as other content management systems
