Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Salary: £25k-£32k

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join a creative agency that delivers business transformation. As an account person, you are the glue that holds the team together. You have the complete trust and confidence of those in your team and are all over the detail & process. You are always one step ahead and foresee issues before they arise.

You are a true partner in crime to the strategy, creative & design teams. You offer sound strategic and creative perspectives on the work and always express your opinion with a positive attitude.

You get to the crux of what the client wants and are able to decipher sometimes confusing feedback into clear, simple direction.

You hold responsibility for the smooth running of the account, internal processes and client satisfaction.

Profile

You are the day-to-day client contact on a piece of business - developing and maintaining an open and honest relationship with your key client contacts. You embrace creative discussions and debates with your team and have a point of view on all aspects of the account.

Responsibilities

You know your client's business inside out and are the go-to person both internally & externally. You run your own projects and own client relationships. You understand the strategy and care about the work to help and guide the creative process. You are responsible for tasks such as:

  • Prepared prior to any brief or client meeting
  • Effectively manage client expectations in terms of creative, speed, delivery and budgets
  • Manage internal resources to ensure the success of your projects
  • Assist Senior Business Consultants or Business Leads in writing proposals, project plans, budgets and schedules
  • Hold cross-agency alliances
  • Offer a point of view in client and creative meetings
  • Understand how all projects are part of the bigger brand strategy
  • Work collaboratively with all departments and help guide where necessary with relevant feedback and a clear plan of action
  • Run the finance process diligently and efficiently
  • Take tight control of your job budgets, ensuring resource matches what has been budgeted for.

You will work primarily into a Senior Business Consultant.
