Landscape Architect - Major UK Destination Project

We are partnering with a globally backed destination development on a landmark UK project of significant scale and ambition.
This is a rare opportunity to lead landscape and external area development across immersive, guest-facing environments. You will shape outdoor spaces that combine storytelling, technical precision and operational functionality, ensuring design intent is delivered from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead landscape and area development design across large-scale themed and hospitality environments
- Develop site plans, planting strategies, hardscape, irrigation, drainage and grading documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage design phases through construction documentation and tender
- Oversee contractor installation, inspections and quality control
- Ensure cost, schedule and safety alignment throughout delivery
About You
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, urban planning or equivalent required. Master's degree in landscape architecture or urban design preferred.
- Licensed professional landscape architect preferred.
- Extensive experience in large-scale resort, leisure or destination developments
- You have a strong thematic design portfolio
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp.
- Exceptional storytelling, visualisation, and communication skills.
