1 Month Rolling Contract - ASAP Start

One of the most well-known festival businesses are looking for a well-established and experienced team lead, managing a team of fantastic marketing individuals - this role will be responsible for managing the teams day to day, ensuring delivery of projects and ensure day to day management of individuals.

Initially a 1-month contract with the potential to extend, this opportunity would be fantastic for an individual who is driven by motivating busy and successful teams, someone who is able and adapt quickly and can work within high pressure environments and can ensure and instil an atmosphere of calm in otherwise busy periods. Previous experience in marketing or managing marketing teams would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, ensuring that deadlines are met and ensuring that the team is resourced.
  • Act as a liaison between each different marketing teams and manage effective communication.
  • Coach and mentor marketing employees, monitor the performance and report back to the senior leadership team.
  • Communication of goals and deadlines, as well and delegating workloads and tasks.

You Will Have:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure, responding to changing priorities.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with large internal teams, along with multiple requests.
  • Previous experience in managing a large team.
  • A working knowledge of and enthusiasm for festival markets and events would be advantageous.
