Handle Recruitment is seeking a marketer experience audience conversion and optimisation for a global B2B media and events brand.

As the Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include;

  • Contribute to the conversion of audience prospects into monetised audience
  • Support the identification of the target audience prospects and secure reach into Prospects that are aware.
  • Implement and execute strategies to optimise offering of insight and permission
  • Implement and execute marketing campaigns that encourage audience prospects to walk through the buying cycle from awareness to interest
  • Direct delegate sales to physical and virtual events
  • Direct registrations for marketing services campaigns
  • Support the cross pollination of audiences from one source of information, education and connection to another
  • Maximises usage of systems and processes, adopting a best practice and facilitating developments in line with internal and external requirements

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Prior proven marketing experience in supporting the conversion of audience prospects into monetised audience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and understanding customer needs
  • Competency in managing stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Prior experience of managing project activity, ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and assume greater responsibility
