Marketing Manager - Live Entertainment

Amazing opportunity to lead the marketing function to drive visitors to this unique music and entertainment event. Working with a fantastic bespoke space and hugely talented production, creative, ticketing and brand partnerships teams, you will bring your live events/ visitor attraction experience to deliver across a broad range of marketing channels.

Brand and communications

- Manage the brand/house style

- Responsible for developing and managing campaign strategy

- Manage delivery of brand campaigns to achieve marketing objectives

- Grow the show's digital strategy to increase audience and revenue

- Develop and manage relationships with external agencies

- Proven experience of planning and implementing creative, innovative and exciting communications and marketing strategies to generate audience engagement

- Production of communications materials and reports for partners

Ticketing & Commercial

- Develop a successful year-round ticket strategy to meet sales targets in partnership with internal ticketing teams

- Create and deliver campaigns to drive overall income for the show including, but not limited to, merchandise and drinks revenue

- Management of audience database, in conjunction with ticketing teams

- Development and management of new and existing Third-party sales channels such as ticket agents, travel trade and group markets

Management

- Leading a high-performing marketing and communications team and overseeing the management of the Marketing Officer

- Plan and manage the annual marketing budget ensuring the team is working within set parameters

- Work in partnership with multiple teams including production, customer relations, ticketing and brand partnerships to ensure brand is effectively represented across all consumer touch points

Experience

- Proven record of growing audiences, ticket sales and revenue in theatre/ musical theatre

- Proven record of developing and implementing creative concepts

- Passion and experience in building entertainment brands

- Experience of groups marketing and travel trade

- Capability to lead a successful team

- Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders with the confidence to influence at all levels

- Reporting to management team and Board on marketing campaign and results
