Are you a dedicated night owl with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Night Concierge Receptionist to join our Front of House & Security team.
Role Overview:
As the Night Concierge Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the front desk during our 24/7 operations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing a secure and welcoming environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for night sessions, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception for clients.
- Answer incoming calls to reception, take detailed messages, and forward inquiries to the studios booking team.
- Verify session details for clients and coordinate with the studio team upon their arrival.
- Manage guest sign-ins and maintain an updated list of individuals present in the building for security and safety purposes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks on behalf of engineers, assistants, and clients, such as printing documents, booking cabs, and handling deliveries.
- Monitor CCTV to ensure effective security of the building, including resident entrances and driveways.
- Conduct security checks throughout the night to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
- SIA License (training will be provided if necessary).
- Previous experience as a concierge, receptionist, or front-of-house team member.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, professional, and possess a can-do attitude.
- Availability to work the night shift pattern (12 am - 8:30 am, Mon - Fri), with some flexibility during holiday periods.
