Leading Beauty & Skincare brand is on the lookout for an experienced Office Co-ordinator to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, as the face of the brand to all visitors and guests. They will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the reception area, including the Goods In/Post Room, and assisting the EA with a range of Office Management responsibilities.

You will be responsible for overseeing meeting room bookings and maintenance to ensure all rooms are in top condition, including technical presentation equipment. Additionally, support meeting setups, including catering and refreshments when required. Assisting the Office Manager in maintaining central filing systems, ordering office supplies and stationery, and contributing to recycling initiatives.

You will perform basic reception duties in an efficient, professional manner by welcoming visitors, answering or referring to inquiries. You will manage the Post Room and manage all couriers for the business. Support the Office Manager with some administrative support - supporting Directors when required with travel and hotel bookings, expense processing, managing and reconciling Petty Cash when required. Raise Purchase Orders and work with the Work with the EA and PA to provide admin support to other areas of the business as required.

This role is ideal for an experience Office Co-ordinator, a real solution focused, self-sufficient person. Experience within a reception/customer service position desirable. You will be super organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You want to "own" the role and take pride in representing the Business in a professional manner as a Brand Ambassador.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

This is a part-time role, working Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm. Starting on a temporary basis, with a view to convert to a fixed term contact until October.
