Temp Role - March to end of June 2024

£14 per hour plus holiday pay

Office Location: Hybrid position - office in London Liverpool Street & home working

The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the operations team in the successful execution of 4 exhibitions. This includes administration and upkeep of exhibitor manuals, database management, customer service, maintaining floorplans, managing the Organiser's Office during the show live period and other ad hoc tasks as required by the team.


  • To liaise with exhibitors, sponsors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth delivery of an event.

- Communicate key event information to exhibitors and sponsors, and to pass information back to the operations and commercial teams as required.

- To collate and manage exhibitor safety documents.

- To prepare and manage the distribution of exhibitor e-zones login details.

- To take responsibility for database management, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate throughout the show planning cycle, and ensure that accurate information is relayed to exhibitors.

- To oversee exhibition floor plans in line with database management to ensure suppliers receive accurate detail and instructions.

- To manage pre-event preparation, ensuring all necessary equipment is sourced and packed.

  • To be onsite at the exhibitions to support the team, exhibitors, contractors & visitors
