An entertainment group is seeking a part-time Finance Manager on a temporary basis to oversee day-to-day finance operations and support leadership with timely, accurate reporting. This is a broad, hands-on role, working three days per week to cover sickness absence.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts including full P&L and balance sheet reporting
Lead on balance sheet reconciliations and ensure strong financial controls
Support preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external accountants/auditors
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Drive process improvements across finance operations and reporting
Assist with audit preparation and respond to audit queries
Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and analysis

Requirements

3-5 years' accounting experience within industry
Ideally experience within entertainment, media, or a creative business
Strong understanding of management accounts and financial reporting
Experience improving processes and implementing controls
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
Part-qualified, qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience
Immediately Available to work 3 days a week in central London
