*This is a 12 month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in London. Day rate equivalent of £65k-£75k salary*
In this role you will:
Provide first-line support for partner portal users, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, liaising with IT or development teams when needed
Maintain and update the portal's knowledge base, ensuring information remains accurate and accessible
Assist in onboarding new partners and delivering training to optimise their portal usage
Monitor user feedback and collaborate on improving portal functionality and user experience
To be successful, you will need:
Strong technical aptitude with experience supporting digital platforms or portals
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
Previous experience in a support or customer service role, ideally within a creative or digital environment
Organisational skills to manage multiple issues and priorities effectively
A proactive approach, with the ability to problem-solve and suggest improvements
