Handle Recruitment is seeking a self-starer highly proficient in project management, stakeholder engagement and sales operations to join a global consumer tech brand! This is a brilliant opportunity to be the go-to support specialist for a key partner portal within a forward-thinking organisation where you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery, all while working with a passionate and dynamic team.

*This is a 12 month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in London. Day rate equivalent of £65k-£75k salary*

In this role you will:

  • Provide first-line support for partner portal users, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, liaising with IT or development teams when needed
  • Maintain and update the portal's knowledge base, ensuring information remains accurate and accessible
  • Assist in onboarding new partners and delivering training to optimise their portal usage
  • Monitor user feedback and collaborate on improving portal functionality and user experience

To be successful, you will need:

  • Strong technical aptitude with experience supporting digital platforms or portals
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Previous experience in a support or customer service role, ideally within a creative or digital environment
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple issues and priorities effectively
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to problem-solve and suggest improvements
