A leading media organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join their team in the heart of London! This is a key role responsible for managing UK payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across a large and complex payroll structure.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate payroll records using the in-house payroll system.
Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and cost reports for Finance.
Process end-to-end UK monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in calculations, audits, and statutory compliance.
Support external payroll audits by liaising with auditors and providing relevant data.
Manage year-end activities, including adjustments, payslip reversals, and reworks.
Oversee Auto-Enrolment processes, including pension enrolments.
Ensure timely and accurate payments for 22 monthly payrolls & 5000+ employees
Assist with annual reporting requirements, including P11D submissions.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in payroll
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
Proven attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and reporting.
Working knowledge of Auto-Enrolment and pension processes.
Intermediate Excel skills for payroll data management and reporting.
Familiarity with the Job Retention Scheme (JRS) and associated regulations.
Knowledge of Zellis (Northgate) payroll software is beneficial
