Over the last couple of years the people function in this business has transformed and now operates strategically to support the overall business strategy. This role is key for the operational elements of the people function and you will be the first point of contact for employee queries.

Working closely with the people team, the Senior People Administrator / Junior People Advisor will develop ongoing advisory skills and support the team throughout their lifecycle. You will report to the People Business Partner and work to support the business internationally. You will work across talent acquisition, talent development, payroll and HR operations.

The role has huge opportunity for development and growth and you will always be encouraged to develop new ways of working if you see room for improvement. The ideal candidate will be people and solutions focused, as well as holding strong attention to detail and first class communication. This organisation operates a hybrid working model and whilst in the office you will benefit from weekly events and classes as part of their WeWork spaces.

The client is hoping for an immediate start but will wait for candidates on notice, so please do apply if you'd like to be part of a well-recognised and internationally respected brand.
