We are looking for a Producer who will work directly with Head of Production and Creative Directors. Their work spans across digital and physical formats which often involve video production, web development, live performances, large scale installation, set and AV builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and management of budgets and working to ensure cost effectiveness across projects
- liaising with stakeholders both internal and external across projects
- Development of creative ideas and projects including technical R&D and working sessions.
- Creating briefs and coordinating external production suppliers, leading on tender processes and management throughout production phases.
- Recruiting and management of freelance staff and junior producers where applicable
- Production administration, such as, setting up workflows within Google Drive, filing and tracking production invoices & receipt
- Working with the Head of Production, Managing Director, and legal advisors, on all contractual negotiations and ensuring the company and its productions are financially sound, legally compliant and that client contracts are negotiated in the best interests of the company
- Be a driving role in new business pitches through providing production expertise, guiding internal teams on Production elements within these pitches, writing and presenting production elements within proposals/slides.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Producer
- Proven experience of delivering both digital and physical projects/events on time and on budget
- Experience managing and delivering budgets over £250k
- Experience within client facing roles
- Experience managing teams remotely including freelancers, internal staff and suppliers
- Great negotiation and communication skills
- Experience of working with theatrical artists, writers and designers.
- Experience of working within an agency
- Experience of video production
- Experience working with Web Developers and understanding of their process
