The Product Executive will work closely with the Awards Product Manager to create and bring to life a long term strategy for all Awards Products. They will provide support to maintain & develop all projects relating to the Awards Products. They will help with the on-going project management & administration associated with these projects.

Ideal candidates will have a hunger for knowledge and industry insight. They will be passionate about building and delivering world class digital products that super serve our customers. They will be focussed on superior project management and client facing research in order to contribute to the companies ambitious future growth plans.

Key accountabilities

Product

  • Assisting the Product Manager with the delivery of the long term strategy and vision for the development of all awards products.
  • Assisting with the delivery of all new product development relating to awards including the design and production of new Lions and the conception, creation and delivery awards related products.
  • Assisting with customer facing research related to all Awards Products.

Research & Reporting

  • Assisting with all research projects relating to awards products and the ongoing gathering of insight and customer feedback from relevant stakeholders and key industry leaders- including round-tables, surveys and focus groups etc.
  • Responsible for taking this research and presenting it back to the team/wider business in a coherent and clear format.

Strategic Relationship Building

  • Responsible for building strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders who will provide on-going insight that will define our future products.

Partnerships

  • Assisting with all Partnership projects from an Awards Product perspective.
  • Assisting with all administration relating to these partnerships by providing insight and knowledge on our products and the data that surrounds them.

INSIGHT, DATA & REPORTING ● Assist in the gathering of customer feedback and deeper insights from our data in order to contribute to the ongoing strategic development of the Lions Awards Products. ● Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement for Awards Products directly informed by insight-led customer engagement and content. ● Assist the Product Manager with producing and communicating data-led Awards insights to the Awards team and other teams within the business.
