A Global technology company, known for their iconic products are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work on e-commerce projects for their global online store and app.

This role will focus on optimising the current experience, and driving innovation to create best-in-class shopping experiences. A strong understanding of Fintech / financial transactions are key for this role as well as demonstrable experience of working in global e-commerce.

Please note this role will be working across up to 3 timezones so candidates will need to have flexibility to work varying hours.

This is an initial 6 month contract and will based in the London office 3 days a week, with 2 wfh. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Role Overview

Lead the strategic vision and development of seamless shopping experiences for the Online store. Drive key growth initiatives, manage end-to-end planning, and develop multi-year business plans to meet growth and revenue targets while enhancing existing e-commerce performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital commerce strategies from ideation to testing.
  • Analyse data insights to recommend actionable improvements.
  • Define customer navigation, learning, and purchasing flows.
  • Create and present strategic briefs to align cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate across global time zones with teams in Asia and Europe.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • 6+ years in strategy, customer experience, or customer journey roles.
  • E-commerce, checkout, or payments expertise.

Preferred:

  • Proven ability to drive business growth through data insights.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of B2C e-commerce, consumer trends, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience in P&L management, fintech, subscriptions, or loyalty programs.
