Supporting the PR department and playing a key part in managing product loans for media partners your role will involve:

Coordinating product loan programmes across all brand products for media contacts and content creators.
Working closely with Product, Services, and Corporate PR teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
Managing inventory levels and facilitating the logistics of product collections and returns.
Overseeing the longer-term loan programmes for key media contacts during busy product launch periods.
Supporting ongoing activities such as workshops, virtual briefings, and special events through effective loan management.

To be successful in this role you will have:

A proactive approach to managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly across teams.
Confidence working with data admin tools such as MS Excel or Numbers.
Ideally an interest in areas such as media, PR, events and/or consumer tech. Knowledge of inventory or stock management is also beneficial.
