An exciting opportunity to join global streaming service with an incredible roster of exclusive original shows and movies.

We're seeking a detail-focused Technical Production Designer to support the creation and delivery of digital content at scale. This role combines hands-on design with technical problem-solving to ensure smooth, consistent workflows.

Candidates will ideally have worked on entertainment campaigns and poster art and should demonstrate this in portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt and localise key art for international storefronts, streaming platforms, and marketing campaigns.

  • Support large-scale content roll outs by testing, QA, and refining templates and tools.

  • Maintain documentation such as style guides, workflow guides, and technical specs.

  • Ensure assets are on-brand, pixel-perfect, and production-ready.

  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality creative across multiple formats.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Production Designer (or similar), with a portfolio showing precise design work across digital campaigns, marketing materials, or platform storefronts.

  • Strong skills in visual communication, typography, and layout.

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop (including expert retouching).

  • Highly organised in file preparation, asset management, and quality control.

  • Comfortable creating documentation and supporting workflow optimisation.

ideal Skills

  • Experience scripting or building custom tools for design efficiency.

  • Familiarity with Sketch, UI/UX principles, or front-end basics.

  • Ability to prototype and present design solutions clearly.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days based in the central London office and 2 wfh.
