Handle are currently in partnership with a hugely popular global retailer, who are looking for a Senior Project/FP&A Accountant. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, where they are looking for qualified Accountant who already has project experience gained in retail, fashion or ecommerce.
Working as a Senior Manager of Transformation duties for the role will include:
- Overall management and tracking of all strategic workstreams from a financial perspective
- Generation of detailed business cases and financial modelling
- Update and review meetings with Transformation Board to track progress
- Tracking costs across the year to ensure the delivery of our plan
- Pivotal role in long-term strategic plan, annual refresh and embedding this into the
business - Support the Change and Transformation team with wider project management and PMO duties
where required - Support the wider Finance team by reviewing and challenging benefits realisation and risks
and opportunities to plan
Candidate requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with
- Previous experience working on and accounting for a portfolio of finance focused projects
- Excellent presentational skills (MS PowerPoint) and confident of presenting to senior management
- Advance Excel skills
- Previous retail, ecommerce or fashion experience is highly desirable.
