We're looking for an organised, curious and driven Publicity Assistant to join a Books team at one of the UK's top entertainment PR agencies. You'll be surrounded by creative people, brilliant authors and genuinely exciting projects, playing a key part in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
No two days will look the same in this role! One day you'll be pulling together coverage reports and chatting with journalists, the next you'll be helping to organise a launch or setting up an author photoshoot. You'll be the person who keeps things moving, solves problems quickly and makes sure every detail feels seamless.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Tracking and reporting on all press coverage for our clients
- Keeping media lists and client materials up to date
- Supporting on press releases, campaign plans and event logistics
- Liaising with authors, publishers and media to coordinate interviews and shoots
- Assisting at launches, photoshoots and press events
- Handling general office and client communications
- Helping create social content that celebrates client wins and standout moments
