I am working on a fantastic role for a UK leading PR entertainment company that has clients across TV, radio, podcast, books, and Music.
We are looking for a Publicity Assistant with a major interest in all thing's entertainment based, who has a real can-do attitude and wants to develop their career in PR.
Main responsibilities -
Monitor coverage specifically for the team's clients, doing thorough print and online searches to find any outstanding coverage.
Sending daily coverage emails to clients and compiling and sending monthly coverage reports.
General PR support, creating bespoke media lists for specific client announcements, Compiling and sending campaign reports to clients.
Be the first point of contact, answering the office phone and handle enquiries, along with general office upkeep.
Work closely with the Digital and Social Media Manager to ensure big client and coverage moments are posted on their socials, Brief Digital and Social Media Manager on relevant projects/wording/tags that must be included in social posts.
You will have -
Excellent grammar and spelling.
Confidence and be full of initiative.
Experience being a Fast-paced worker, and able to multi-task like a champion.

This role is a fully office based position.
