Interim Royalties Specialist needed for one of the worlds leading digital music companies! The main purpose of this role is to manage end-to-end royalty operations for clients, including producers, labels, and artists, whilst ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely payments.

This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in handling complex financial data in line with contracts and internal systems.

Key responsibilities include -

Prepare and validate monthly royalty statements and ensure accurate payments
Review royalty costs, recoupments, and balances, implementing necessary adjustments
Integrate, analyse, and reconcile royalty-related accounting and sales data
Collaborate with internal teams, including label managers, finance, and accounting
Develop and maintain KPIs and analytical reports for rights holders and partner teams
Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities through detailed data analysis
Coordinate invoicing and payments with clients and finance teams

Candidate requirements -

Proven experience in music industry royalty management
Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Skilled in managing large, complex data sets and reconciliations
Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive with excellent time management
Passion for music and understanding of the industry landscape
