Calling all car loving customer focused temps!
Great new immediately available temp role based hybrid (1 days a week in office in West London, optional) or remote. Your role is integral to the success of the customer journey, by speaking to our customers through the phone and email.
- You will be supporting our customers via voice and email through the final stages of their journey
- You will liaise with our internal sales and account management teams to ensure the process is smooth and effortless for the customer
- You will ensure the online systems are up to date
- You will have experience of working in a busy customer facing environment and making a number of outbound calls and sending emails
- Experience of working in the automotive industry is desirable
- Proactive and positive attitude- are able to think outside the box to achieve outstanding customer interactions; You go above and beyond in your work, doing whatever it takes to offer the best experience and service possible
- You have excellent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforcee
