Sales Coordinator - TV Entertainment

If you are a junior candidate and have experience working with EMEA or knowledge of the EMEA market, as well as a passion for content and looking to gain experience in international television, then this is a fantastic opportunity to join the sales team on handling worldwide program sales for one of the UK's leading distribution companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales contract management
- Preparation of availability lists and sales reports for new sales opportunities
- Be responsible for accurate entry of deals
- Be responsible for ensuring sales progress, tracking of content pitching and managing sales contacts
- The key liaison with other departments as required to ensure the smooth running of deals
- Assist finance on licence fees
- General assistance to sales managers
- Client contact database management
- Meeting and travel arrangement support
- Assist with sales presentations
- Expense reports
- Make notes in internal meetings
You will have
- Interest in sales and distribution
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A second language would be useful but not essential
