Iconic global entetainment studio have an exciting new vacancy to support their highly successful TV Content sales team. This is a unique career development opportunity for an experienced and detail focussed individual as prior people management experience is not required.
Role Objective:
This position is responsible for assisting the Deal Management team in all aspects of contractual sales management support for the Global Distribution Group
Summary of Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare availability reports
- Clear product for sale
- Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment
- Create Customer Notices and Avail Support
- Deal entry and approvals
- Manage output deal + ROS obligations (including analysing title qualification, slot tracking, notification of dates/fees and working with customers on the library selection process)
- Ad hoc projects and requests as required
Person Specification
QUALIFICATION
Essential
- Relevant work experience in television or a related media
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret license agreement terms for product sales
- Strong Microsoft office and software application skills
- Bachelor's degree
Desirable
- 5-7 years of related experience working in Television contract or sales administration capacity
