We're working with a leading digital media organisation, seeking a Billing Coordinator & Digital Ad Operator to join their team for a 4 month contract.The successful candidate must be very experienced using SAP and ideally come from a broadcast background.
The purpose of this role is to support the full digital ad revenue cycle, managing billing and invoicing across direct, programmatic, and social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing digital ad sales billing and invoicing for direct, programmatic, and social partners
Serving as the main liaison between the digital business team and Finance/Accounting to resolve billing issues
Providing regular and ad hoc account analyses
Tracking and reporting billing status to revenue management
Creating automated and manual invoices using systems such as SAP and Salesforce
Preparing monthly reports covering all direct and indirect sales
Tracking digital ad campaigns within the ad server
Producing campaign performance reports and insights
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area
Experience processing customer invoices
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software tools
