We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Account Executive to join a happy, motivated team who works to a high standard. Working on the rewards & promotions team, you'll be working on a multitude of consumer facing partnerships, offers and prizes and events giving loyal customers free access to entertainment and sports tickets, celebrity meet & greets, incredible prizes and exclusive content.

The Senior Account Executive will help plan and track the timelines and schedules, track all costs, and work with the team to meet all deadlines and get things ready and fully checked before going live on schedule. You'll ensure the winner experience is optimised and that it drives positive word of mouth and social engagement. And, to ensure we're continually improving and delivering excellence, you'll dissect feedback and propose future modifications as well as well as new opportunities for the growing programme of Rewards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promotion creation and administration - status updates from venues and partners, information sourcing and organising into status reports and briefing documents.
  • Creating and managing a promotion timeline and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met across the life of a promotion.
  • Creating UX journeys, promotion presentations, and post campaign reports.
  • Setting up and build of promotions in app according to the timeline and brief.
  • Working with partners and client to gain approval before pushing live.
  • Work with our approved supply chain to enhance the experience.
  • Contacting and liaising with venues, box offices for briefing and for guest lists.
  • Gathering feedback from customers and partners and reporting it internally.
  • Checking and transferring details outlined in briefs into to our CMS.
  • Keeping calendars and project trackers updated.
  • Assist with replying to support emails.
  • General admin support and assistance for the account team.
  • Feeding into creative briefs including activation ideas for events.
  • Coming up with ideas for hosted events.
  • On the day onsite event support and client hospitality.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Events, promotions experience ideally from an agency
  • Working and reporting directly with clients
  • Eye for detail, proactive, confident and a team player
  • Able to work with autonomy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A willing and positive attitude
  • Understanding of time sensitivities
  • Good level of Excel, Word and Google Docs
  • A basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop is helpful
