About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Account Manager to join our client, working on one of the UK's leading construction industry events. This high-profile B2B show brings together professionals from across the built environment to explore the latest innovations, technologies, and trends shaping the future of construction. Held annually at both ExCeL London and NEC Birmingham, the event features live demos, expert talks, and unparalleled networking opportunities.

As part of the sales team, you'll be responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to both new and existing clients, while playing a key role in growing one of the most dynamic events in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through proactive outbound calls (minimum 90 minutes daily)

  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorships via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings

  • Hit and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets

  • Build, manage, and grow a strong portfolio of clients within the construction industry

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and revenue tracking

  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and content teams to ensure exhibitor success

  • Contribute creative ideas for feature areas and promotional campaigns

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales or B2B exhibition sales experience

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong understanding or keen interest in the construction and built environment sectors

  • Commercially minded with a strategic outlook

  • Comfortable attending national events and client meetings
