Handle Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a leading global agency to source an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their award-winning brand consulting team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead guest programmes for some of their major global accounts - a Team Partner in Formula 1. You'll be part of a collaborative, empowered, and ambitious team that combines global expertise with the energy of a close-knit agency environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of the client's Formula 1 hospitality and guest experience programmes, both at track and away from track.

  • Be the main hospitality point of contact for the client, local markets, rights holders, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Shape and innovate hospitality strategy alongside the Senior Account Director.

  • Oversee pre-race planning, supplier engagements, ticket management, and on-the-ground logistics.

  • Establish best practice in account management and client servicing, including status calls, rights trackers, and budget reporting.

  • Travel internationally to deliver in-market guest programmes, confidently hosting and managing senior executive-level guest logistics as required.

  • Manage activation budgets, supplier costs, and billing with diligence and transparency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Agency or in-house experience managing complex, international guest programmes, ideally within Formula 1.

  • Proven knowledge of curating premium hospitality experiences in F1.

  • Strong project management skills and confidence running day-to-day account operations.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, and collaborative approach to client relationships.

  • Confidence presenting both internally and externally, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • A calm, organised, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think proactively and find solutions under pressure.

  • Experience liaising with global markets is advantageous.

  • Line management experience is beneficial.
