Are you a HR Manager looking for your next role within a creative environment?

Handle are proud to be partnering with a fast growth music publishers who have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to join them in their offices based in West London

This is a newly created role that will support the senior leadership team, you will develop and deliver the HR service in support of the overall strategic objectives of the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for all HR related matters
  • Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle
  • Provide recommendations and implement best practice
  • Strong ability to build relationships quickly, with proven strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
  • Capable of evaluating the needs of both the business and its people
  • Own and continuously improve people operations processes
  • Plan and execute both training and progression plans
  • Plan and formulate a high level company's recruitment strategy and planning.
  • Organise and maintain a calendar of social and team building events
  • Stay abreast of current employment law and any upcoming changes that may impact the workforce

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager within a start up environment with experience of Change Management initiatives. You will be knowledgeable in employment law, have excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet with excellent judgement and decision-making skills
